Gymax Pro can be used with a body shaping cream or gel for better results. The cream or gel should not have insulating properties and should only have a lubricating effect. Before applying the device, the gel should be applied to the metal electrodes underneath (the base of the device) or to the area where you will apply the treatment.

Before the first use of Gymax Pro, place it on the base charging socket and plug in the provided charging cable into any USB adapter. Fully charge the product. After the product is charged, detach the device from the charging base and start using it in the desired mode, at the desired power setting, and in the desired area. Make sure the metal electrodes under the device make contact with your skin. Using a lubricating gel or cream with skin tightening properties will accelerate the effects of Gymax Pro and make it easier to use. You can use Gymax Pro by moving it regionally on your skin or by fixing it in local areas using the waistband.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Each of the 3 modes has 9 intensity levels, and it is best to start from level 1 and gradually increase.
• During the usage, due to individual differences in skin moisture levels, the resistance of the skin may vary, which may cause different sensations for each consumer. Tingling and small electric shock sensations, sensitivity, and redness are quite normal, so there is no need to worry. In such cases, lower the power level of the device.

Using the specially designed waist and arm band that comes with Gerhau Gymax Pro, especially in the abdomen, legs, and hips area, will make your job easier. If you will be performing the treatment for a long time or doing other tasks during that time, fasten the device under the special cover on the belt. Keeping the device in the same position for too long can cause redness or irritation. Therefore, it is recommended to change the position of the device on your body at intervals.
